She keeps all that, as I understand things at the moment. The USA used to throw you out the instant you swore alliegance to Foreign Monarchs; these days, even death will not release you.
I believe that people born in the USA have to enter and leave the US on a US passport. So she gets to keep that, and probably her right to vote, and no doubt Uncle Sam will try to collect the taxes.
