Reading and correcting some WSFS papers from Aussiecon (1975!) that Ben had scanned and OCRed and sent to me some months ago, I found that, among other things:
"Any proposal to amend the Constitution of the World Science Fiction Society shall require for passage only a majority of all the limes cast on the question at the business meeting of the Society at which it is first debated and ..."
I don't think issuing the Business Meeting with citrus fruit would be a good idea...
