It could happen to anyone, but it's just more likely to happen to us.
The Menagerie cats have a room to themselves at the cattery, where four
of them are in one large playpen and the other three are in wall cages -
they cycle round between the cages and the playpen, so that all meet all
over a few days.
One other wall cage is occupied, by a rather pretty calico named Jazzie.
Marcia has discovered that she is an unadopted rescue cat, who tends to
have litter box problems when she's been rehomed (presumably due to the
stress), so she comes back again. Litter box problems are not unknown
amongst the Menagerie anyway, so that's something we're used to.
So tomorrow we'll let her out to play with the Menagerie and see what
happens...
