Back in November I put in two claims for expenses. They're usually paid within the week; however one of these wasn't paid till Christmas Day (apparently(!)) and the other vanished into the ether, causing me to grumble a lot.
I just came back from a seminar to find an envelope on my desk with a remittance advice in it: apparently it was finally paid on March 16th.
Well, actually it says it was paid on 16/03/20, which shows how much attention they pay to these things...
