The flight over was one of the less fun ones I've had, due to the presence of a bunch of Engerland lager drinkers on their way to Las Vegas for the weekend.

However, we duly arrived in Charlotte and Immigration were no trouble at all. So I'm now an official US Permanent Resident. At least for the next year...

To add to the fun, Marcia's mother is in hospital again. At least we're in the right place now.

And so to bed.

Congratulations and welcome to the U.S.! I feel a lot better about saying that than I did 16 days ago.

Best wishes to Marcia's mother.

Welcome to the USA! Now I hope you're able to come and go to Canada next August without the oh-so-wonderful CBP giving you the Third Degree. (You'll have seen that Cheryl had to scrub her trip to WFC on account of not being sure she'd be allowed to re-enter the USA.)

Welcome to this side of the pond. I'm sure we'll be seeing you around Fenway soon enough. ;)

Glad to hear you made it across safely ... when do you get reunited with the critters?

How is Pat doing?

Glad you made it OK - what happens after a year?

Phew! Relieved to hear you've arrived ok. Am looking forward to reading about the grand reunion with all the menagerie.
