I know the feeling. But the sheer amount of material that would have to move to DreamWidth is daunting. Besides, I'm sort of hoping to let the surge of people running off now subside before I move. Also, I have a Permanent LJ account and didn't really want to go back to paying $35/year. OTOH, I guess I got more than my money's worth out of that Permanent account, when you consider how much it was versus the cost of Paid membership.

DW has an "import from LJ" function these days. It's taking its time right now: you'd probably be best off kicking it off last thing at night.
