Marcia's new British passport turned up yesterday.

The delay to the scan apparently meams that the surgeon couldn't get the results yesterday, so she's trying to cancel Marcia's operation on Monday. Which would mean a month's delay or so. All this after not passing on the info to Radiology that (a) she needed the results yesterday, not on Monday and (b) Marcia has an iodine allergy.

Needless to say, neither of us are happy about this... Still, we should get the scan done on Friday, so she should have the results on Monday when she gets back from two weeks leave. All we need to do now is to persuade her to stick to her original timescales...
