I do think it would end up being a small convention (under 400 people)
But we'd pick up some Americans, though it would clash with Minicon (but not, IIRC, Balticon). But yes, about 400 Brits sounds plausible.
and might be the next step in the "death of the Eastercon".
It's been going to the dogs at least as long as I've been going. This is Not New.
