it's time to punt.
If you're on your own 52 yard line, you're playing Canadian rules, and you only have three downs.

I really, really hate trick questions like this. Reminds me of a physics test in high school that involved US football: no one got the answer to the question because we all forgot to allow 5 yards for the quarterback to drop back to pass.
