Gone away is the bluebird...

Looks like we actually have got some of the forecast snow, even if it's only an inch or so. The garden looks very pretty, as far as I can see in the lights.

EDIT:

It's good to have spare leave - I wouldn't fancy driving to work in this lot. Though it's probably fine once you hit the main roads this time...

I wonder how the kittens will react.

I doubt we'll get any snow here in the balmy south west, but like you, I long to see what the Midwich Kittens would make of it.

it snowed here about three years ago, and we let the Maine Coons out with much anticipation; they took one look, shook their huge paws disdainfully, and hurtled straight back in again, not to emerge until the thaw :)

Had about twenty seconds of very light flakes an hour or so ago, London W1. Just hoping it holds off until after I drive home tonight, motorbikes and snow do not go well together.

Made it home by about fifteen minutes. Really chucking it down now, settling pretty fast. No bike tomorrow, I expect, just hope the tube is running.

Very pretty! I'm sure it was fun watching the wee ones get acquainted ...

... my "puppy" had a grand time bouncing around in the fluffy stuff today, though he's seen it many times before. And that's just counting this year. *sigh*

I've had enough, can you tell?
