2008 Presidential Candidate Matching Quiz

I think my unconditional support for deporting all illegal immigrants may have swung things a bit...
Sunday, January 6th, 2008 06:22 pm (UTC)
Not sure about that, Tim, because of the three choices I gave my unconditional support to deporting illegals too, and I ended up with Dennis Kucinch, about whom, I am sorry to say, I know absolutely nothing. Mind you, I think my own support for labour rather than big business had something to do with it. Probably...

PS I have yet to see a fannish reply with a single member of the GOP in the top half.

[livejournal.com profile] jbriggs is a Republican and his results had Rs in the top 6 positions. Should [livejournal.com profile] zsero or [livejournal.com profile] marsgov take the quiz, their results would also favor Republican candidates, I'm sure.

I'm libertarian but had to re-register Republican because of the closed primary this year. On February 4th I'll be switching back to "Decline to State." (Actually I'm a Taft Republican, if there still is such a thing)

My sincere apologies for the inadvertent misrepresentation.

Undoubtedly. But those I've seen have been heavily Democrat. As a lot of them have been British, this means nothing,

It's just a matter of time. We Democrats are feeling particularly vengeful and irate this time around, so we're jumping into the fray rashly and unprepared. As usual.

Of those on my friends list, I imagine [livejournal.com profile] thudpucker and [livejournal.com profile] karl_lembke would be likely to have Ron Paul at or near the top of their results, while [livejournal.com profile] edgreen86 is likely to have Rudy Giuliani fairly high on his.

As for illegal immigrants, you do know that many of those in the USA are from Ireland, right?

I got 79% Kucinich, then Gravel, Dodd, Obama, Edwards, Clinton, Biden, and Richardson down at 71%, then Giuliani at 38% down to Huckabee and Thompson at 22%. At least I know I definitely don't want Huckabee to win!

Interesting - [livejournal.com profile] lauriemann and I were examining why nearly everyone we knew who had taken the quiz, including ourselves, ended up with Fred Thompson at the very bottom and not Huckabee as we would have expected, but you've reversed that trend. Your results are also a lot more tightly grouped than that of other fans I've seen.

That was a joke right?

Well, the meme is a joke, anyway.
