Last week, one of our prospective neighbours (who bought the barn next door) knocked on the door to say hello. As she was leaving, she said that they were looking for a place in Coveney for her mother, to be near them. So I, naturally, mentioned that we were going to be looking to sell, and quoted a rough price. And she said they might be interested, and went away.
Today she was back with her husband, and they liked the place, and shook on a deal. So now we really are moving to Tennessee (subject to my Green Card letting me be an alien).
It wasn't the highest valuation, but it was way more than the lowest, and it appears to be a cash deal.

Definitely mixed - it's a chance to do a number of things that we couldn't otherwise, but there's also a lot of Dammit We Were Going To Do That Some Day.
