Except that I think we've lost about $10000 today in exchange rate movements.

Congrats on the housing progress and sorry about the exchange rate movement. I can relate: the Aussie dollar is now under US$.70 and I'm about to travel to the US...

Yup - the pound-euro rate is little changed so this seems to be a rise in the dollar. Presumably a flight to "safe refuge".
